I am a follower of Jesus, a wife and a health crusader, who wants to keep learning about naturopathic health. I don't think we can ever learn too much about keeping ourselves well, naturally. The information and techniques are out there but sometimes we must "dig" for them. The truth is out there and you are worth it! 
There are so many small steps you can begin to change in your daily habits that can benefit your health tremendously. The key is to start and not become overwhelmed. A small change now, can make a huge difference in your future health. I've always known that food is medicine, but I was reminded of it when I began to make changes in my journey. As I changed my food choices, it allowed my body to reset and begin to heal. So much of what we eat causes inflammation and imbalances to our bodies.

 Another area to put attention to, is detoxing. Our bodies are incredible, healing systems, but daily, we bombard our system with chemicals in our foods, drinks, soaps and beauty products, just to name a few. Once our bodies are filled to the brim, I use an analogy of a bucket. Once our "buckets" are full they are forced to "spill over". It is at the "spill over" that we can see red flags such as inflammation, joint pain, headaches, weight gain, food sensitivities, adrenal fatigue, low energy, thyroid issues and the list goes on. 

Most of us accept these symptoms as "old age" or we make other excuses for them. Instead, we need to dig a little deeper for the causes that are behind our symptoms so that we can begin to get better.
